   •    Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
   •    Work is subject to weather, material availability, and site conditions.
   •    Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
   •    All work is carried out to relevant QLD standards and under the scope of our

QBCC licence [Licence No. XXXXX].
   •    Warranty covers workmanship for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
